Oh what a beautiful demonstration of teaching Go to Mat, Peggy! You really knew your "stuff" and that was picture perfect. I'm SO glad that you posted this Flip. Really really nicely done!
Peggy ... I loved at around the 4 min. mark when you are adding distance, and he comes back to you, looks at you and then does a little side staep to get on the mat, then ... the next time he comes back toward you ... looks at you and does a little 'hop" to get on the mat. He knew exactly what you wanted and was so proud. He's come a long way and you did a great job of demonstrating the behavior ... well done!
Great class, Beth! It looked cold and wet! It was "deja vu all over again" for me watching it....with Sharon on the sidelines w/Mallory. I remember one of the first BP mentoring sessions we held when Sharon was teaching the Go to Mat behavior to Molly! Great beginnings.....
Peggy wonderful wonderful! Your confidence and ability to articulate and demonstrate the exercise was stellar! Both you and Ike clearly understand the behavior and have made a video that will lead to many others understanding it as well! Great work!
